Our Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy

We are committed;

1. To work in accordance with the current national and international legislation and legal obligations regarding the Environment and OHS, to ensure the continuous improvement and sustainability of OHS and Environmental performance together with all our stakeholders,

2. Taking environmental impacts into consideration, preventing environmental pollution, reducing air, water, soil pollution and noise, being a pioneer in the field of environment and energy and accepting development in this direction as a social duty, and creating methods to prevent pollution at its source before it occurs,

3. To provide the necessary human, technology, infrastructure, financial etc. resources for Energy Efficiency and reducing the use of Natural Resources,

4. To carry out decarbonization and energy efficiency projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions resulting from all our activities and products and to engage in designs and activities that will increase the use of renewable energy resources,

5. Reducing waste generation and utilizing the waste generated during our activities through recycling, recovery or re-use,

6. To ensure that our individual and corporate responsibilities are realized through the actions we take, with the participation of all our employees, by attaching importance to issues such as protecting the environment of which we are a part, using our natural resources efficiently and reducing the effects of climate change for a sustainable future, animal welfare and biodiversity,

7. To provide emergency and environmental risk management at the most advanced level,

8. To increase environmental awareness of our employees and their families, customers and suppliers by informing them about our Environmental Management System,

9. To improve the safe behavior of our employees, to raise awareness of psychosocial risks, and to contribute to the development of their competencies in the management of psychosocial risks,

10. Our employees; To provide working conditions suitable for ergonomic, physiological and psychological characteristics,

We will constantly protect our employees against all dangers that threaten the safety of life and property, such as diseases arising from working conditions, work accidents and emergencies such as fire, earthquake, flood, traffic accident, terrorism and sabotage, and we will make continuous efforts to eliminate such dangers. ,

Improving the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental awareness of our employees and stakeholders, identifying and preventing Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental risks, and maintaining its effectiveness by carrying out corrective actions, thereby ensuring the protection of the health of our employees and reducing the risks of work accidents,

13. To comply with existing occupational safety rules and procedures in the design, operation and maintenance of all machinery, facilities and equipment in order to guarantee the health and safety of our employees,

14. By making workplaces safe, taking necessary precautions during the use of chemical and/or biological substances and acting according to hazardous conditions and dangerous actions,

15. To improve its effectiveness and continuous improvement by fulfilling the requirements of OHS, Environment and Quality management systems.
